A welcoming atmosphere with comfort

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth. The clean, spacious room offered a lovely view, and the breakfast was a delightful start to our day.

Despite the lovely stay, we were disappointed to find the restaurant unavailable on Sundays, which led to a last-minute scramble for meals nearby.

I loved my stay as it offered clean, practical rooms, and is just around 5 km from the beautiful Louis Bourget Park, perfect for a weekend stroll. You're only about 20 minutes from the vibrant city center of Lausanne, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.

Quiet escape near Lausanne 🌳

Lekker clean and bright rooms, and the staff were sharp-sharp! Big shoutout to Walid at reception—he helped me sort out a problem not even related to the place! The breakfast was honestly fantastic, so many choices!

But, ag man, the restaurant had strange hours, not open at times when ya need a bite.

The room was spacious enough for four people, clean, and well-utilized, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety, including honey made by bees at the hotel, a delightful touch.

Unfortunately, the restaurant and swimming pool were closed during our stay. The electronic check-in system had recently changed, causing delays, and our room's windows faced a noisy highway. We also experienced issues with the sofa bed setup, as we had to call for assistance despite the reservation specifying sleeping arrangements for four.

The breakfast had an amazing choice, especially the pancake machine! The staff was really nice and helpful. But the bathroom had a strange smell. 😊

It was just a top selection for a short break in Crissier with good price-quality ratio. I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the Nespresso machine was a great perk for morning coffee. Check the restaurant hours ahead, as it may be closed when you need a bite.

I stayed in the Executive Room with a balcony, and it was super comfy! The separation of the toilet and bathroom was great for privacy. I loved relaxing on the balcony with a nice view, and the two cozy chairs in the room were a nice touch. The overall vibe was quiet and tranquil, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Definitely made for a pleasant stay!

i had a great time at the novotel. the breakfast had a fantastic selection, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed the sauna. it was nice and hot, perfect for relaxing after a long day. plus, the fridge in the room was super handy for keeping drinks cold.

i had a lovely stay at the novotel. the superior queen room was spacious and very comfortable, and i really appreciated the kettle for tea and coffee. the outdoor pool and health club were fantastic amenities, perfect for unwinding after a day out. breakfast was plentiful, giving plenty of options to kickstart the day.

the restaurant and bar were closed on sunday, which was a bit inconvenient.
